Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its technology client’s legal team. Location is remote (U.S.-based) with primary Pacific Time hours; start ASAP for an initial 3-month engagement with potential extension or permanent conversion.

Roles include handling MSAs, DPAs, NDAs and other contract workflows, supporting sales, procurement and vendor agreements, and assisting with Ironclad and contract administration depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, NDAs and contract workflows.
• Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration and other legal support tasks.
