Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its legal team for an initial 3-month engagement, remote within the United States and aligned to Pacific Time business hours. The role may extend to 6 months or longer and could convert to permanent status depending on performance.

The position requires handling MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and various contract workflows, with potential responsibilities in vendor and reseller agreements. Prior Ironclad experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, NDAs, and contract workflows.
• Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks, depending on experience.
