Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney (or experienced Contracts Specialist/Administrator) to support its technology client’s legal team. This remote, U.S.-based role requires availability during Pacific Time business hours and can start ASAP.

The assignment lasts initially 3 months with potential extension and conversion. Primary duties include handling MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements; assisting with Ironclad workflows and contract administration,

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with commercial/contracts and MSAs, DPAs, NDAs.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, and NDAs.
• Support sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration and other legal tasks.
