Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney for a technology client. The role is remote (U.S.-based), with availability during Pacific Time business hours, 40 hours/week, start ASAP, for an initial 3 months with potential extension and conversion.

Flexibility to monitor communications evenings/weekends is noted, with billable time for responsiveness. Pay ranges by role: Attorneys $80–$90/hour; Contracts Specialist $50–$60/hour; Contracts Administrator $40–$45/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial/contracts matters and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor and reseller agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and contract workflows.
• Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks.
