Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support a technology company’s legal team. This remote, U.S.-based role requires Pacific Time hours, with start ASAP and an initial 3-month term that can extend or convert to a permanent position.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements, plus contract workflows and cross-functional support for sales, procurement, and administration. Ironclad experience and an active U.S.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, and NDAs.
• Manage contract workflows and support sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad and general legal support tasks.
