Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is partnering with a technology company seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its legal team. The role is remote for U.S.-based candidates, with availability during Pacific Time business hours; start ASAP, 3-month contract with possible extension and potential conversion to permanent.

Typical responsibilities include handling MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, NDAs, and contract workflows, and supporting sales, procurement, and legal tasks.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor and reseller agreements, and NDAs, plus contract workflows.
• Support sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks as needed.
