Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its legal team. The role is remote (U.S.-based) with Pacific Time hours and immediate start.

Pay is experience-based at $80–$90/hour for attorneys, or $50–$60/hour for contracts specialists and $40–$45/hour for contracts administrators, for a 3‑month initial term. Candidates must be comfortable monitoring communications outside regular hours; evening/weekend responsiveness is billable but not constant.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Primarily handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, NDAs and contract workflows.
• Support sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad and contract administration tasks and other legal support.
