Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney to support its client’s legal team in a remote, U.S.-based role, primarily during Pacific Time business hours. The position is initially 3 months with potential extension and permanent conversion; responsibilities include negotiating MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements, plus contract workflows and Ironclad support.

Candidates with licensed status in at least one U.S.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor and reseller agreements, NDAs, and contract workflows.
• Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks, depending on experience and ability.
