Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Commercial/Contracts Attorney or related roles to support its legal team. This remote, US-based opportunity requires flexibility with Pacific Time hours and the ability to monitor communications during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists/Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, NDAs, and contract workflows.
• Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks.
