Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is recruiting for a Commercial/Contracts Attorney for a technology company client. The role is remote (US-based) with availability during Pacific Time business hours and a start ASAP.

It may begin as a 3-month contract with possible extensions or conversion to permanent status. Pay ranges by role include Attorneys ($80-$90/hour), Contracts Specialist ($50-$60/hour), and Contracts Administrator ($40-$45/hour).

Qualifications

• Attorneys with commercial/contracts experience and an active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experienced Contracts Specialists and Contracts Administrators with relevant commercial contracts experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Ironclad and contract administration/workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primarily handle MSAs, DPAs, vendor and reseller agreements, NDAs, and contract workflows.
• Support both sales/customer and procurement/vendor agreements.
• Assist with Ironclad, contract administration, and other legal support tasks.
