• Experience leading a third-party collection team of 10-20 agents.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a third-party collection environment.
• Ability to interpret and leverage performance reports and KPI data.

Aufgaben

• Ensure both internal and client work standards are met.
• Monitor agent work efforts throughout the day; proactively address & resolve deficiencies.
• Interpret KPI’s and provide ongoing training and development.
• Audit account-level activity and provide constructive feedback and instruction.
• Evaluate calls to ensure compliance and negotiation effectiveness.
• Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals.
