Job summary

The role emphasizes complex data analysis, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while providing mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

The position is remote across the United States with exceptions noted. Mobility and the ability to travel for meetings are valued. A strong background in analytics and insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, CS.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Strong coding and data visualization skills with SAS, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Strong research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex data analysis for assigned client groups and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Develop recommendations and identify additional analyses to support solutions.
• Prepare and present findings to business partners and senior management.
• Coach and mentor team members on reporting processes and analytics approaches.
• Enhance processes for reporting information and insights to clients, improving efficiency and cadence.
