Qualifications

• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
• Direct claims experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives through account planning and sales strategies.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to protect revenue and identify growth.
• Build relationships with claims executives, operations leaders, and technology stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer objectives and challenges.
• Close new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Manage retention plans and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
