Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Vertical Account Manager for Commercial Claims to acquire, grow, and retain revenue within a portfolio of P&C carrier accounts. You will develop relationships with claims executives and drive adoption of analytics-driven solutions.

The role requires insurance experience, deep knowledge of claims operations, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven success in consultative sales or account management.
• Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
• Strong understanding of claims processes and workflows.
• Direct claims experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to travel up to 30% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives through account planning and sales strategies.
• Develop strategic account plans to protect revenue and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with claims executives and influencers.
• Conduct discovery to understand customer objectives and operational challenges.
• Identify, develop, and close new business within existing and prospective accounts.
• Manage retention plans and ensure continued satisfaction and adoption of solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Solution Specialists, Implementation Managers and Sales teams.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and account plans in Salesforce and other tools.
