The Vertical Account Manager, Commercial Claims, is responsible for acquiring, growing, and retaining revenue within an assigned portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance carrier accounts. This strategic sales role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, expanding solution adoption, and delivering measurable value to claims organizations. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience and a strong understanding of claims operations and workflows. Direct claims experience is highly desirable but not required. Candidates must be able to engage credibly with claims leaders and understand the challenges, priorities, and operational processes that drive claims organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
Proven success in a consultative sales, account management, or business development role.
Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience required.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes, workflows, and operational challenges required.
Direct claims experience is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent project management and analytical skills.
Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Ability to travel up to 30% as required.
