Kemper is seeking a Commercial Casualty Adjuster – Represented to investigate, evaluate, and negotiate complex bodily injury and auto liability claims across multiple locations. The role requires strong analytical ability, knowledge of policy language, and independent as well as team-oriented work habits.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of casualty claim experience, solid negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years casualty claim experience.
• Must obtain state licenses where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Investigate claims of varying complexity per guidance.
• Develop strategies for coverage, liability, injury, settlement.
• Review policy language, endorsements, and records for coverage.
• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, attorneys.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Document claim progression and set reserves.
