Responsibilities

• Investigate casualty, physical and property damage claims of varying complexity.
• Develop strategies to resolve coverage, liability, injury, and property damage claims.
• Review medical records, bills, and related information to assess damages.
• Maintain rapport with claimants and insureds; explain the claim process and options.
• Examine policy provisions and records to verify coverage and make decisions within authority.
• Document claim progression and set bodily injury reserves with accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to move claims toward final resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
