• Comprehensive understanding of insurance policies and knowledge of state auto insurance laws.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate claim information and determine liability and settlement amounts.
• Effective communication with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other parties.

Responsibilities

• Investigate varying complexity bodily Injury and uninsured motorist claims.
• Develop settlement strategies and negotiate with involved parties.
• Attend depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings when needed.
• Document progression of claims and maintain accurate reserves.
