Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to handle routine to moderate auto claims remotely across the United States. You will investigate, evaluate, and settle claims, verify coverage, and communicate outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance and SLA adherence.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service, and an adjuster license (or commitment to obtain within 90 days). Strong communication and math skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of virtual customer service experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain license within 90 days of training.
• Basic math and computer literacy with ability to use various software applications.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements including internet speed and dedicated workspace.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine non-complex to moderately complex non-injury Commercial and Specialty claims from open to settlement.
• Verify coverage and policy details; communicate process and outcomes to insureds and claimants.
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle first- and third-party auto/property damage claims.
• Coordinate with clients and partners; maintain timely updates on claim status and next steps.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, DoI requirements, and service level agreements.
