Job summary

Mobilitas is hiring a Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster - Remote to handle routine non-injury auto and property damage claims from a home office. You will open, investigate, evaluate and settle claims while ensuring regulatory compliance and coordinated communication with insureds and third parties.

This remote role supports nationwide work with some exceptions and begins with a paid training program starting November 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of customer service experience in a virtual environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license or obtain within 90 days of training.
• Basic math and moderate computer skills with varied software.
• Must meet work-from-home requirements (internet speed, workspace).
• Ability to type 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Contact insureds, claimants, and other involved parties to confirm loss details and applicable policy coverage.
• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles first- and third-party auto/property damage claims from start to finish.
• Takes inbound calls from customers and maintains an inventory of pending claims.
• Conducts coverage and liability investigations.
• Advises customers of available benefits, coverages, and liability outcomes.
