Job summary

Axalta Coating Systems seeks a Sales & Collision Paint Specialist to drive growth in the collision repair sector. This hybrid/remote role focuses on identifying opportunities, supporting distributors and direct customers, and delivering product training to increase adoption and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (or 3–5 years in automotive refinish), bilingual in English and Spanish, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5 years in automotive refinish or collision repair.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in business development, technical support, account management, or customer training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new paint system opportunities within collision centers.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting and relationships.
• Provide product knowledge, support, and troubleshooting to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and technical teams to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate account activity in Salesforce.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.
