Job summary

Axalta seeks a Product Specialist for the Automotive Collision segment, based in Georgia with remote work flexibility and frequent on-site customer visits. You will support distributor personnel, deliver technical product training, and drive customer satisfaction across Axalta brands.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in the collision industry, bilingual Spanish, and strong presentation skills. Travel up to 75% and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; collision repair training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience in automotive collision or refinishing.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred; strong communication skills required.
• Valid Driver’s License; clean driving record.
• Proficient with standard office software (e-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develops, trains and supports distributor personnel to meet collision shop customer needs, focusing on new products, technical support and training.
• Lead new customer installations, train painters, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conducts education events (refresher meetings, lunch and learns, WOW sessions, counter clinics) to optimize paint and material system performance.
• Demonstrates safety practices and PPE usage while serving as an example to customers.
• Collaborates with market teams, contributes ideas in meetings and supports market activities.
• Maintains ongoing training and certifications for Axalta brands and technologies.
