Job summary

Axalta is seeking a Sales & Collision Paint Specialist to drive growth in the collision repair market. This hybrid/remote role requires travel up to 75% and local presence in Oklahoma (Tulsa or Oklahoma City) for onsite visits.

You will identify opportunities, train customers, provide product support, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to convert leads and retain accounts. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive refinish experience, strong English and Spanish, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of Automotive Refinish, collision repair, or related experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in business development, technical support, account management, or customer training.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new paint system opportunities within collision centers for distribution partner.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary customer resource for product knowledge, application support, and technical troubleshooting.
• Support customer installations, onboarding, painter certification, and product implementation activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical training sessions, and best-practice workshops.
• Communicate the value of products, color technologies, services, and training programs.
• Partner closely with sales, distribution, and technical teams to drive conversions and retention.
• Maintain accurate account activity and opportunities within Salesforce (SFDC).
• Diagnose and resolve product-performance, application, and process-related challenges.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Economy Segment products and market trends.
