Axalta is seeking a Product Specialist, Collision, to support our market sales team across all Axalta brands and technologies. The role is fully remote but requires presence in the Illinois area for onsite customer visits and training sessions.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. The position focuses on training, education events, and collaboration with distributors to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports distributor personnel to meet collision shop customer needs.
• Lead training and education events for customers and shop personnel.
• Promotes Axalta products and technologies across markets and conducts onsite visits as needed.
