Job summary

Empowerly is seeking an Enrollment Advisor / Consultant to join our growing sales team. You will meet with high school students and parents via Google Meet/Zoom to assess credentials, achievements and goals, then present Empowerly's college admissions programs and guide families to enroll.

You will manage the full sales cycle, forecast your pipeline, and work with teams to hit monthly and yearly targets while maintaining a professional home workspace and camera presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in quota-carrying, B2C sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 10am-7pm PST and on weekends as required.
• Remote, home-office setup with professional appearance on video calls.
• Experience selling high-value, intangible education services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and manage complete sales cycles from inbound leads to closing with families.
• Forecast sales pipeline and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Serve as trusted advisor to students and families and present Empowerly's programs.
• Track deal data in HubSpot and collaborate with teams to optimize strategies.
