National Service Bureau, Inc. is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our remote team. You will handle outbound calls, negotiate with insurance companies, and document accounts to maximize recoveries while meeting performance targets.

This full-time role is fully remote, based in Eastern or Central Time zones, with an uncapped commission structure and a guaranteed hourly rate. A strong work ethic and clear communication are essential.

Competenze

• Outbound calling experience with 75+ calls per day preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication across diverse backgrounds
• Empathy and professionalism in client interactions
• Detail-oriented with solid time-management skills
• Proficient computer and typing skills for account note-taking
• Familiarity with collaboration software for video meetings

• Communicate via phone with people with all backgrounds and personalities
