Job summary

Reliant Capital Solutions is seeking a remote Collections Representative to engage consumers with delinquent accounts, negotiate settlements, and drive performance in a full-time role. You will work 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm EST with occasional Saturdays, and training is provided to ensure success from Day 1.

Starting pay is $16.00/hour with uncapped commissions based on performance. Must reside in the specified remote states and meet equipment and internet requirements for a home office.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required; College Degree a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide methods and solutions with consumers to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Continuously receive inbound calls and place outbound calls using an auto dialer system.
• Maintain and manage a workload of delinquent accounts to ensure completion of postdated payments.
• Follow up with consumers to ensure required documentation and payment processing is compliant and complete.
• Ensure all consumer accounts are documented properly and notify consumers of any missing documents or additional procedures.
