• 3+ years of collections or related phone-based role.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Experience with billing questions, payment issues, or cancellations.
• Ability to negotiate repayment plans.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Independent, metrics-driven performer.

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to delinquent accounts.
• Handle inbound calls about billing questions, payment issues, and cancellations.
• Proactively contact at-risk clients to retain their business.
• Negotiate and implement repayment plans that fit client and business needs.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Profitwell, and Stripe.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Support to resolve issues.
