Olly Olly is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our remote team in the U.S. You will handle high-volume calls to resolve overdue balances, prevent cancellations, and maintain professional records.

This role emphasizes problem-solving, empathy, and revenue protection while preserving client relationships. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in collections or similar roles, strong verbal and written communication, and a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metric-driven

Competenze

• 3+ years in collections or similar phone-based role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with billing, invoices, and payment platforms.

Mansioni

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to delinquent accounts.
• Handle inbound calls related to billing questions, payment issues, and cancellations.
• Proactively contact clients at risk of cancellation and offer tailored solutions to retain business.
• Negotiate and implement custom repayment plans that align with client needs and business goals.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records in internal tools such as HubSpot, Stripe, and Profitwell.
