Job summary

Lodgify is seeking a Payment Collections Specialist to join our Customer Success team in a fully remote position. You will help improve revenue by retaining customers, managing collections, and supporting account upgrades.

You'll handle billing inquiries, negotiate retention solutions, contact customers by phone, email, and chat, and collaborate with other teams to enhance processes. A proactive, organized communicator with at least two years of related experience will thrive in this

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer retention experience is ideal but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage cancellation requests while retaining customers with personalized solutions.
• Oversee billing and collections and proactively contact customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and offer relevant account upgrades.
• Assist customers with billing inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Collaborate across teams to report issues and suggest improvements.
• Recover overdue amounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Document key activities and follow up on collection steps.
• Negotiate to resolve concerns and provide win-win solutions.
• Adhere to procedures and maintain proactive team engagement.
