Job summary

The Hello Team is seeking a proactive Remote Collections & Follow-Up Representative to manage overdue balances, contact customers, and coordinate with banks from a home office. You will follow established processes, maintain accurate records, and work independently while meeting performance goals.

Candidates should have strong English communication, excellent follow-up skills, and comfort with outbound calls. Training will be provided; prior collections experience is not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Call banks to request updates and resolve items.
• Maintain records of calls and communications.
