Reliant Capital Solutions is hiring a Remote Collection Representative for residents of North and South Carolina. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with schedule options in the Eastern time zone.

You will engage consumers to resolve delinquent accounts, using a consultative approach to identify suitable solutions and negotiate to settle balances while remaining compliant with FDCPA and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and trust.
• Experience in collections, call center, or related roles is preferred.
