Progressive Leasing is seeking Remote Collections Representatives to handle outbound and inbound calls for past-due accounts and deliver top-tier customer service. This role offers full-time hours, a remote work setup within 60 miles of Draper, UT, and a compensation package including hourly pay plus bonus.

Spanish fluency boosts pay by 5% for qualified candidates. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with multiple software

Qualifications

Customer service experience, especially in collections.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Typing literacy and proficiency with multiple software applications.
Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment.
Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED.
AI-enabled tools familiarity and adaptability.
