Progressive Leasing is seeking a Remote Collections Representativ​e to join our team. This role is work-from-home and can be performed within 60 miles of El Paso, TX, with full-time daytime hours and weekend rotation.

Compensation includes $14.25/hour plus bonus potential, with verified Spanish fluency earning a 5% pay increase. You’ll handle outbound/inbound calls, address past-due accounts, and deliver high‑quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and typing literacy with ability to work across multiple software screens.
