Progressive Leasing is seeking Remote Collections Representatives to manage inbound and outbound calls for past-due accounts from a home office within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX. The role offers mandatory 5-week virtual training, full-time shifts, and a base rate of $14.25/hour plus bonus opportunities.

Qualified candidates will have prior collections or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and prior collections experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer and typing literacy/proficiency across multiple software
• Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
• Must be 18+ and have a HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Outbound and inbound calls, collecting on accounts that are past due
• Provide top tier support and service to our customers
