Progressive Leasing is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to support customers from home. This role is a work-from-home position within 60 miles of Draper, Utah, with virtual training and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will handle outbound and inbound calls to collect past-due accounts, deliver top-tier service, and use AI-enabled tools as the organization expands. Competitive hourly pay plus bonuses and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service and collections experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Computer and typing literacy with multiple software apps.
• Phone experience in call center customer service.
