Vital Care Infusion Services, a leading infusion care provider, is hiring for a remote Home Infusion Claims Specialist. The role focuses on collecting on outstanding home infusion claims, improving cash flow, and reducing denial rates.

You will work with insurers and patients, review EOBs/RAs, and drive process improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance. The position supports 100% remote work within the United States, with a focus on timely follow-ups, accurate documentation, and

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communications to interact with payers and patients.
• Understanding of billing workflows across multiple payer types and denial management.
• Ability to analyze denials and implement corrective actions to reduce DSO.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and pursue collection actions with insurers and patients.
• Review EOBs and RA documents to identify denials and fix coding or submission issues.
• Analyze trends in denials to propose process improvements and reduce bad debt.
• Identify submittal requirements for appeals and ensure timely submissions.
• Document activity in the system and schedule follow-ups to monitor progress.
