Qualifications

• 2-5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience.
• High School Diploma plus specialized training in intake, billing, or collections.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with balances and take actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect outstanding balances.
• Analyze denials and trends to reduce DSO and improve collections.
• Submit appeals per payor requirements and verify insurance data.
• Document activity and schedule required follow-ups.
• Communicate status to franchise partners and departments.
