Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist to manage claim collections for infusion services. You will review outstanding balances, follow up with payers and patients, and use payer portals to drive timely payments.

This role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and work independence in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of home infusion billing/collections, a high school diploma with training in billing, and comfort operating in a remote

Qualifications

• 2–5 years home infusion billing and/or collections experience required.
• High School Diploma and additional specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections.
• Previous remote work environment is a plus but not required.
• Detailed oriented with post-billing and post-payment investigative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review claims with outstanding balances and identify actions to collect revenues.
• Follow up with insurers and patients to collect balances while building relationships.
• Review EOBs, RAs, denials and acceptance documents; identify reasons for denials and take corrective action.
• Identify payor requirements for appeals and submit documentation per payor rules.
• Communicate status of collections with franchise partners and other departments.
