Vital Care Infusion Services is hiring for a fully remote Home Infusion Billing & Collections Specialist. You will review claims, follow up with insurers and patients, analyze denials, and drive improvements in DSO and cash collection while collaborating with franchise partners and clinical staff.

Requires 2–5 years in home infusion billing, strong communication, and proficiency with payer portals and medical billing software. This position offers a fully remote setup in the United States.

Formación

• Experience in home infusion billing and/or collections.
• Ability to review denials and improve cash flow.

Responsabilidades

• Review claims with outstanding balances and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues.
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce DSO and bad debt.
• Document activity and communications in the system to ensure complete account history and timely follow-ups.
• Identify payor requirements for appeals and submit documentation per payor rules.
• Coordinate with franchise partners and other departments to resolve payer issues promptly.
• Assist with online adjudication of collection issues and nurse billing as assigned.
