Job summary

Time Investment Company is seeking a Collections Representative to work from home, handling delinquent loan accounts with professional, customer-friendly service. You will perform outbound and inbound calls, set up repayment arrangements, and document notes in our CRM while meeting quality and volume goals.

This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, 10% night/weekend differential, remote work, tuition reimbursement, benefits, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of collections experience, including assisting customers via phone.
• Previous call center experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and typing skills.
• Patience and the ability to stay calm in difficult situations.
• Detail oriented with quick learning and good decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls from delinquent customers and arrange repayment plans.
• Manage large volumes of calls while meeting reliability targets.
• Use skip tracing to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Prepare and send emails and texts to customers.
• Document notes clearly and concisely in the CRM.
• Work independently to reach collection quality and quantity goals.
• Promote teamwork and positive customer interactions.
• Support core company principles.
