Job summary

IC System is seeking an Experienced Third-Party Collections Representative to join a fully remote team. The role emphasizes leveraging proven collection strategies to resolve delinquent accounts, while maintaining compliance and delivering a positive consumer experience.

You will operate in a flexible, fully remote environment with a pay structure including hourly wages plus commission opportunities and comprehensive benefits. PTO is provided, and after training, schedules are flexible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent third-party collections experience required, including current or recent experience in a collection agency environment.
• Must reside in one of the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Florida, Texas, or Illinois.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection efforts on delinquent consumer accounts.
• Use proven collection strategies to secure payment resolutions and meet performance objectives.
• Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable collection regulations.
• Deliver a positive consumer experience while achieving collection goals.
