• 5+ years of third-party collections experience required.
• Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, etc., is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned goals for the line of business/paper.
• Make required phone calls daily and negotiate best possible arrangements.
• Profile debtors and obtain financial information.
• Perform skip tracing to locate debtors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all contact attempts per client specs.
