Account Control Technology in Houston, TX is seeking a Remote Experienced Collections Agent to negotiate and process payments on past due accounts by phone, with biweekly onsite training if you are in the Houston market.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Collections or Debt Settlement work history.
• Assess consumer financial condition by conducting thorough inquiries.
• Determine reason for delinquency and find creative solutions.
• Track and maintain all customer accounts through the collection process.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to collection activities.
• Meet corporate call quality and structure standards.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments under guidelines for past due accounts.
• Conduct inquiries to assess the consumer’s financial condition.
• Identify delinquency causes and propose solutions.
• Track accounts and ensure prompt payment recovery.
• Maintain accounts with updates per corporate policies.
• Comply with corporate policies and procedures.
• Meet call quality standards.
