Account Control Technology in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative with 3rd party healthcare collections experience. The role offers a CST/EST-friendly schedule and work-from-home setup, including company-issued equipment and paid training.

You will contact consumers by phone, update account records, perform skip tracing, and work to resolve unpaid balances while complying with laws and internal policies. This is a full-time remote opportunity with growth potential.
