Assist World, a remote-first staffing agency, seeks an experienced AR/collections specialist to own collections for unpaid balances and past-due accounts. You will contact clients, negotiate payment plans, and resolve disputes to reduce aged receivables.

The role requires independence in a fully remote environment, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proactive mindset to ensure invoices are paid and cash flow stays healthy. QuickBooks familiarity is a plus.
