Job summary

ConServe is hiring for a remote Customer Service Representative in the United States. You will work with a consultative, solution-focused approach to help consumers resolve accounts and regain financial freedom.

You will meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals while using a mix of manual and automated dialer systems in a fast-paced remote environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with strong English communication and confidentiality. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Fluent in conversational English; ability to read and write proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support consumers by gathering information and recommending best path to resolution.
• Provide tailored solutions to help resolve obligations both administratively and voluntarily.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance goals.
• Split time between manual and automated dialer solutions in a remote call center.
• Maintain accurate records in systems for future contacts.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate and connect with consumers or businesses.
• Follow established standards and compliance programs.
