Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in call center or customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws for collections
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Professional phone demeanor and proper grammar
• Must have smartphone for remote work access

Responsibilities

• Receive and make a high volume of calls to encourage payments and resolve past-due balances
• Document all account activity and changes accurately
• Use skip tracing to locate customers and arrange payment
• Review accounts daily and escalate as needed with manager approval
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
