Job summary

Insight Global is hiring a Credit and Collections Representative. This fully remote role targets candidates in PST or MST time zones, or those willing to work these hours.

You will manage delinquent accounts and communicate with customers about payment statuses from a fast-paced environment. The position requires a HS Diploma with construction and collections experience, plus strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in collections and credit is required.
• Experience in construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools is expected.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Contact customers regarding payment status.
• Answer incoming calls in a high-volume setting.
• Assist with disputes on invoices and coordinate with customers.
• Assist general contractors for joint checks and arrangements.
• Update and amend customer maintenance information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Credit Supervisor.
