Qualifications

• Implement and adhere to company credit/collection policies across locations.
• Recommend adjustments to customer accounts and refer overdue accounts for legal action.
• Monitor delinquent receivables and ensure compliance with lien and sales tax laws.
• Collaborate with Credit Management and field leadership to resolve difficult cases.
